Dusty Blue

Lovely mill made yarn  dyed in the fleece and blended with A small amount of dark Romney fleece giving it a dusty soft blue hue.  The second photo (the lighter one) is closer to the actual colour.

Weight / ply :  8 ply

Fibre :    Corriedale/dark Romney blend

Meterage:  250m (275 yd) / 100g

Recommended needles: 3.75 to 4.5mm (5 to 8 US)

Due to the nature of my small batch mill, yarn is not like fully commercial yarn and often looks more like a handspun with variations in thickness throughout the yarn.  Each batch is measured on a McMorrin scale to give an approximate length per 100g.  Please enjoy the non-commercial qualities of the yarn.  

Care Instructions:  All of my yarn is non-superwash.  Gentle wash with appropriate product such as Powerscour® Fibre wash.  Do not wring.  Towel dry and then lay flat until completely dry (in the shade).  With pure wool only occasional washing is recommended.
